The Rhythm & Hoops is seeking volunteers for their Community Basketball Tournament at Oxford High School on June 20th.
Volunteer Positions:
Event Setup Crew
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, signage, registration area, sponsor banners, team benches, and vendor spaces before the event begins. Help ensure the venue is organized and ready for guests.
Registration & Admissions Table
- Welcome teams and attendees, check in players, verify team registrations, collect admission fees, distribute wristbands, and answer basic event questions.
Hospitality Team
- Support players, guests, sponsors, and special guests by answering questions, directing traffic, distributing water, and helping where needed.
