Unloading Dock Bay TEAM 2

Goal: Finalize food palletizing and kit preparation.

Keep in Place:

• Waters

• MREs

Food Organization:

• Palletize Extra Table rice and beans

• Move corn, tuna, peanut butter, and remaining food into Walmart carts

  • Push carts to pumpkin box storage bay and consolidate with canned goods

Diaper Kits:

• Add additional wipes to each kit (4 wipes per kit)

• Seal boxes

• Box all remaining wipes → Place on designated wipe pallet

• Deliver diapers to Diaper Bank

Cleaning Supplies:

• Single bleach bottles → 6 bottles per box, and palletize

• Lysol → 23 per box, and palletize

Entry Way TEAM 1

Goal: Clear all signage and equipment; return items to proper owners.

Tasks:

• Remove Holly Jolly Holiday Yard Signs → Deliver to Visit Oxford

• Return foldable table in entryway to STO vehicle

• Gather all safety cones (throw away caution tape) → Move inside storage bay to one central location

• Gather retractable belt barriers→ Place in designated indoor bay area

Office Area TEAM 1

Goal: Clear office supplies and redistribute donated items.

Clothing:

• Sort remaining clothing

• Deliver to either:

  • The Salvation Army

  • Holding Hands

Equipment & Supplies:

• Fold all safety vests and place back into sleeves

• Return retractable belt barriers to assigned storage location

• Consolidate safety cones with belt barriers

• Load any remaining office supplies from main office into STO vehicle

Storage Bay TEAM 1

Consolidate materials and prepare for final breakdown.

Tasks:

• Collect all Walmart carts → Stage in one central area

• Move bleach to designated bleach area → Rebox and palletize

• Discard all caution tape

• Stack empty pallets neatly (once cleared)

Pumpkin Box Consolidation Area GROUP INFORMATION

Goal: Properly redistribute and sort remaining donations.

Clothing:

• Deliver to:

  • The Salvation Army

  • Holding Hands

Pet Supplies:

• Deliver pet food to Animal Resource Center

Food Items:

• Move leftover food from unloading/dock bay to pumpkin box consolidation

• Assign all canned goods to designated “cans” pumpkin box area

Final Breakdown & Cleanup FLOATERS

Tables & Pallets:

• Break down all tables

• Stack pallets on top of each other

• Place trash inside empty pumpkin boxes

• Break down all boxes once packing is complete
