Volunteers play a key role in helping us create a smooth and enjoyable event experience at each All
Nashville Roadshow stop. While we keep our paid crew lean, volunteers extend our capabilities on the
ground, especially in smaller towns where community engagement is part of the magic.
Here’s how we typically use volunteers:
- Guest Services: Volunteers help greet attendees, hand out wristbands, and provide general
event information. - Seating Assistance: They help guests find their designated areas—especially for VIP seating,
reserved chairs, or cooler rentals. - Set Up / Tear Down Help: For select events, trusted volunteers assist with pre-show setup or
light teardown tasks post-show.
We often recruit volunteers from the local community—particularly from music programs, schools, or local
organizations—offering them perks like free admission and a behind-the-scenes experience. Typically,
we bring on about five volunteers per show, and in addition to those perks, we donate roughly $80 per
volunteer back to their organization, provide them with a free All Nashville Roadshow t-shirt, and make
sure they have a fun, memorable time at the event. It’s a great way to support local groups while helping
us deliver a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees.
