Yoknapatawpha Arts Council's Annual Holiday Ornament Auction

As the holiday season approaches, the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council (YAC) is seeking passionate volunteers to help make their Annual Holiday Ornament Auction a festive success! This event is an enchanting celebration of art, community, and creativity, where local artists showcase unique ornaments and exclusive experiences.
Volunteer Roles Available:
December 12
Registration & Guest Assistance: Greet attendees as they arrive, assist with check-in, distribute event programs, and guide guests through the bidding process. Volunteers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor are perfect for this role!
Ornament Display & Auction Support: Help monitor the auction tables, ensure the ornaments are well presented, and provide assistance to bidders. Volunteers will answer questions about the auction process and assist with finalizing bids.
3. Event Breakdown & Cleanup: After the event, we need volunteers to help with packing up the auction items, breaking down displays, and ensuring the venue is left in great condition.
