Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid training is designed to help coaches, staff, administrators, and even parents recognize the warning signs that a young person may need extra support.

There are many ways anyone can assist, even if they are not licensed professionals. Best of all, this training is completely free of charge. It is open to coaches, parents, and community members who want to learn more about youth mental health.

The training will take place on July 14th and July 16th, running from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on both days. It will be conducted by the University of Mississippi professors virtually via Zoom.

Attendees will need to participate in both training sessions in order to complete the final online exam for certification.
