TEMPO Dance Studio, LLC

Tempo Dance Studio (TDS) exists to empower our community through high-quality dance education and performance. We believe in fostering confidence, leadership, creativity, perseverance and respect for the arts and each other through movement. Led by Caitrin Swaney, former professional dancer and NFL Cheerleader, our studio is committed to excellence in whole child dance education and customer service. TDS is dedicated to providing dance classes and performance opportunities that instill a lifelong appreciation for movement, community engagement, and delayed gratification in the pursuit of excellence.

Tempo Dance Studio is dedicated to empowering young people through high-quality dance education in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Our dance programs introduce dancers to the athletic art form through an engaging approach, combining creative movement with an organized structure. We are committed to fostering an atmosphere that instills confidence and leadership skills while cultivating the potential of each student. Our curriculum provides students with foundational knowledge, giving them an intimate understanding of dance that goes beyond simple dance steps. New to TEMPO in 2025, we have created TEAM Tempo. We are committed to community, performance and enrichment for our dancers. Inspired by Miss Caitrin’s time with the New England Patriots, we invite our dancers to volunteer with TEAM Tempo. We have an opportunity as our own mini community to serve Oxford and our surrounding communities.
