The Fiber Festival is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to make this event warm and welcoming for all attendees!
As a Welcome Desk Helper, you’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for an unforgettable festival experience. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Greet guests with a smile and make them feel at home.
- Help people find their way to classrooms and activities.
- Collect zip codes to help us track participation and improve future events.
- Distribute event information and collect raffle tickets.
- Take pictures of the event and everyone participating. Photos should be sent to Stacey, or to STO and we will get them to Stacey.
This is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, share in the excitement of the festival, and play a key role in creating a memorable day for everyone involved.

- Arrive a few minutes early to get instructions and familiarize yourself with the layout.
