Compassion in Action for Lafayette County's Animals Lafayette County Animal Shelter (LCAS), operated by Lafayette County Humane Society, is proudly contracted by Lafayette County to provide shelter services for lost and homeless pets. We rescue, care for, and rehome animals while promoting responsible pet ownership through spay/neuter advocacy, education, and outreach. Our goal: a safe, loving home for every animal in our community.
