The Fuller Center is a Christian, ecumenical ministry. The Fuller Center is not a church, but a "servant: to the church, putting Jesus' teachings into action. Though a Christian ministry, we welcome those of all faiths and even no faith if they believe everyone ought to have a simple and decent place to live.
We work primarily within the limits of Oxford and Lafayette County to construct affordable housing with sponsors and volunteers from the community.
Low-income families selected for home ownership contribute at least 500 hours of “sweat equity” and assume all responsibility for mortgages when they take possession of the property. Mortgage payments on a three-bedroom home are generally less than rent for a two-bedroom apartment.
